The Mustang GT features a 5L V-8 engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. This GT setup offers 480 hp and 415 lb-ft of torque. The Mustang Dark Horse's 5L V-8 engine and six-speed Tremec TR-3160 manual transmission go above and beyond, offering 500 hp. 

The four-cylinder engine gets 22 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. With the optional Performance Package, this drops marginally to 21 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. The V-8 engine gets 15 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway, while the GT gets 14 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway. The least efficient option in the lineup is the Dark Horse, which gets 14 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway.

The Mustang's available electronic drift brake lets you drive like a pro, even if you've never driven a car like this before. This feature is designed exclusively for track use. The standard electronic line lock lets you spin the rear tires to warm them up while the front tires stay firmly in place. MagneRide dampers create a smooth ride, even on uneven tracks. 

Interior Features
