Mustang Mach-E for Sale in Albuquerque, NM
If you're considering upgrading your ride to an electric vehicle (EV), you'll want the Ford Mustang Mach-E at the top of your list. Its features and perks ensure driving in and around Albuquerque has never been more fun. Let Chalmers Ford show you why the Ford Mustang Mach-E is a surefire choice for an electric SUV.
What's New in 2024?
The Ford Mustang Mach-E offers a range of new features in 2024. First up is the Mustang Mach-E Rally trim. This variant is perfect if you want access to light off-road driving. The trim boasts a redrawn front end with fog lights and a red tow hook. A high-mounted spoiler upgrades the tailgate, while more aggressive rubber tires replace the Mach-E's standard tires.
This model year also delivers a new addition to the options sheet, the Bronze Appearance Package. It trades the Mach-E's typical faux grille for one with bronze accents and adds bronze wheels. This package is exclusive to the performance-oriented GT model. You'll only be able to get exterior colors Shadow Black, Star White Metallic Tri-Coast, and Eruption Green with the Bronze Appearance Package.
Though not yet official, Ford also expects Mach-E drivers to be able to use Tesla's Supercharger network for charging. We expect this update by spring 2024.
Specs and Features
So, what can you expect when you hit the road in your Ford Mustang Mach-E? In terms of fuel economy and MPGe, the Mach-E gets an EPA-estimated rating of 110 MPGe in the city and 96 MPGe on the highway for the base rear-wheel-drive (RWD) model. The GT Performance trim is the least efficient of the Mach-E models. It gets around 90 MPGe in the city and 77 MPGe on the highway.
The Mach-E is a spacious EV because of the battery's placement between the car's interior floor and bottom, which translates to a comfortable ride for passengers (as well as plenty of space for cargo). The load bay behind the Mach-E's rear seats has 29 cubic feet of cargo room. If you fold the back seats, you'll get up to 60 cubic feet of cargo space.
The vehicle's dashboard is streamlined and includes an attractive digital gauge cluster with a large, vertically oriented touch screen. You'll also have a range of standard and optional features available to personalize your Mach-E to your needs and driving style, including customizable ambient interior lighting, a panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and wireless charging.
You can get a Ford Mustang Mach-E with a standard-range or an extended-range battery. The standard battery is 70 kWh, while the extended-range option features a 91 kWh pack. The battery feeds a single electric motor if you get an RWD Select or Premium trim.
The all-wheel-drive (AWD) variants of all four trims have a battery that feeds a motor on each axle. The GT and GT Performance models, which come only with AWD, have motors that combine to deliver up to 634 lb-ft of torque and 480 horsepower. Overall, the Mach-E offers a quicker, more engaging ride than rival vehicles while making driving comfortable because of its quiet operation, slick set of features, and smooth ride.
